Sarah Bowen, Virginia born and raised, started The Dogwood Tree with one goal in mind: to spread joy, beauty, and kindness in the Charlottesville community. With a Master of Education from James Madison University, and several years of floral design experience, Sarah incorporates her valuable knowledge of the human experience and technical design skills to provide personable customer service and exceptional arrangements. Along with her sweet dog, Cooper, Sarah has become a beloved and familiar face with her loyal customers, and is certain to make a new friend with each guest that walks through the door. From classic southern hospitality, to dazzling designs, Sarah is sure to charm all who cross her path.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
